Is an approved Direct Transfer Degree required in order to transfer to Eastern Washington University?
No, transfer students can apply for admission to Eastern in one of two ways:
Eastern currently participates in transfer agreements with all community colleges in Washington State as well as a
few community colleges outside Washington. Graduates of these colleges who complete the approved Direct Transfer Agreement (DTA)
degree satisfy the general education requirements and are admitted to Eastern with junior standing.
